Our Promise to You
We stand behind the quality of our hand-dyed yarns. If your order arrives with any quality issues - yarn breaks, dye bleeding, or damage during shipping - we'll make it right. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges & Changes of Heart
We understand that sometimes a colorway looks different in person than in photos (lighting and monitors can be tricky!). If your yarn arrives in its original, unused condition with tags attached, we're happy to exchange it for store credit within 14 days of delivery. You'll cover return shipping, and we'll cover sending your new selection.

The Nature of Hand-Dyed Yarn
Like snowflakes and book characters, no two hand-dyed skeins are exactly alike. Slight variations in color depth, speckle placement, and tone are part of the magic - they're features, not flaws! Our well water and artisanal process create these beautiful variations. If you're working on a project requiring multiple skeins, we recommend purchasing all needed yarn at once to ensure the best color harmony.

What We Cannot Accept

  • Yarn that has been wound, used, or washed
  • Returns after 14 days from delivery
  • Custom colorway orders (these are specially made just for you!)
  • Returns due to natural batch variations or color differences from monitor displays

How to Return or Exchange
