Foraging for Dye

Welcome!

I don't normally dye with natural dyes. I just really like the vibrancy and flexibility of acid dyes. However, certain times a year I have access to an abundance of plants like marigolds, golden rod, black walnut hulls, and other items that grow naturally around here. During those times of obvious abundance, I enjoy doing a batch or two of natural dyed colors from locally foraged plants. This first batch will be marigolds and it'll be in the shop and shared on social media next week.

I look forward to sharing the results and giving you a chance to grab up those skeins.
